This company sent me a post card to purchase a water filter for my Frigidaire refrigerator, it was personalized to me. I would assume they have my info form when I registered the product online. I paid, waited 10 days for the filter, it arrives as the wrong one. I call, they tell me the correct one is $15 more. I asked them to mail me the correct one and I I could justpay the difference and explained that it was their error not mine. They told me "No, we don't do that, you have to buy the whole thing. It will be 7-10 days for your refund", which they are mailing me. Unacceptable worst customer service ever!
