  I recently visited the store to purchase more tile after my project was completed and upon looking or the tile I had in hand I stood in the store while a employee helped a customer, which I was more than patient with. after I waited 20 minutes to other employees came in the room grabbed something looked right at me and walked back out! The other employee after finishing up with the gentleman he had walked outside to further chat with the customer/contractor came back in the OTHER door to the building and after being there for 40 minutes I left! Worst customer service I have ever seen, maybe if I was a contractor they would have helped or If they worked on commission! Either way that is a horrible way to run and manage a business!

  I've visited Daltile three times. The first time I was in the show room for 25 minutes and not a single person entered to see if I needed help. The second time I was there for 20 minutes before an associate breezed through and asked if I needed help before leaving. The third time the doors were locked at 3pm on a Friday when their hours show they are open until four. I won't be back.
