  Very helpful folks here. We just purchased a ceiling fan and asked a LOT of questions. If the salesperson didn't know, she researched it and quickly got back to us. Showroom is packed with lighting ideas. It's our go-to place for anything electrical.

  Granted, all I needed was a small lampshade and didn't know if they sold them and I'd found the place by GPS, never having been there. I went in, walked around for a couple of minutes, and NO ONE said a word to me. It was at that moment I knew I wasn't spending my money there. Thank goodness I went farther down Hendersonville Road and found Fletcher Lamp Post, which I was looking for in the first place. I found exactly what I wanted and was greeted by the owner as soon I walked in the door! I had shopped there before and just hadn't been in a while.
